Order Processing
Once an order has been successfully placed, preparation and fulfillment typically begin within approximately 5 business days.
After the package has been shipped, delivery usually takes 10–20 business days, depending on the destination country, shipping carrier, and local delivery services.

Order Tracking
After your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Address Changes
If you need to update the shipping address after placing an order, the request must be submitted before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT-7) on the same day the order was placed.
After this time, the order may already be in processing or shipping preparation, and modifications may no longer be possible.

Shipping to a Different Billing Address
Orders can be shipped to an address that is different from the billing address associated with the payment method.

Shipping Methods and Fulfillment

Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays generally begin processing on the next business day.
